| Seasoned Turkey Burgers |

Ingredients:

1 pound freshly ground turkey breast |
| |
1 egg, slightly beaten |
| |
1 tablespoon vegetarian Worcestershire Sauce |
| |
1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard |
| |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
| |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper |
| |
1/2 cup minced red onion |
| |
1/4 cup parmesan cheese |
| |
1/4 cup minced parsley |

| |
Directions:
Preheat broiler.
In a large bowl, combine ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Shape into patties and place on lightly oiled aluminum foil.
Broil 6" from heat for about 4-6 minutes on each side.
Burgers will turn whitish when cooked.
