This menu is 100% vegetarian and organic whenever possible (i.e. unless the price is outrageous or the item is not available organically).  In season, Juice It purchases from local farms.  The all-natural juices and smoothies are live and non-pasteurized.  Juice It does not use syrups, artificial ingredients or preservatives.  To assure freshness, juices and smoothies are prepared and made to order.
