Sauce & Crust
The Pizza Sauce - Unless otherwise noted, our pizzas come with our house marinara sauce made with tomatoes*, fresh vegetables*, basil*, oregano* and unrefined sea salt. You can substitute the marinara on any pizza with our olive oil sauce made from extra virgin olive oil*, balsamic vinegar, roasted garlic*, basil*, oregano* and unrefined sea salt.
Wheat Crust - Our white pizza crust is made from unadulterated unbleached eastern Washington & Oregon no-till wheat. The whole wheat* crust is made with flour from the Fairhaven Flour Mill. Both are made with naturally leavened sourdough (no sugar, no commercial yeast). If we have enough to get us through the day, we can sell you a fresh hunk of our pizza dough for $3.95.
Gluten-Free Crust - The gluten-free crust is made in Everett, WA by Garlic Jim’s. The crust is made from rice flour, water, tapioca flour, potato flour, olive oil, sugar, fresh yeast, salt, spices, garlic powder and xanthan gum. Take home a frozen gluten free crust for $3.95. (We make every effort to limit cross-contamination but cannot guarantee items to be 100% gluten-free.)

Fabulous hot sandwiches made on our sourdough focaccia. Named in honor of the effort to bring back healthy populations of grizzly bears in the North Cascades.

Our Commitment
The phrase “we use the finest ingredients” is overused in food establishments and rarely true. However, at Seven Loaves Pizzeria it really is true! We have made a commitment to never compromise on the integrity of the ingredients we use. Part of this commitment is that we don’t hide anything - we feel completely comfortable sharing every single ingredient in every single pizza, grinder and salad that we make. Even our dressings (listed below) have nothing hidden in them. We feel confident that anything you order at Seven Loaves Pizzeria will be as healthy as we can possibly make it, not to mention as tasty as it gets.
