The Bellingham Public Market
The Bellingham Public Market houses a variety of locally owned businesses under one roof. Since opening in 2005, it has become a cultural hub of downtown. It has truly captured the uniqueness, spirit, and quirkiness of the City of Subdued Excitement.
The Public Market features many of the area's favorite eateries centered around downtown's only food court. The food court also serves as a meeting place for families, business people, local organizations, and regular folk. Wireless internet is available. The adjoining stage features regular performances by local musicians, poets and storytellers. The walls are adorned with a regular rotation of visual art from the area’s eclectic artistic community.
Wide aisles, a children’s area and other amenities make it comfortable and inviting for everyone. Shoppers will discover a treasury of foods, crafts, gifts and sundries in unique specialty stores. Being open seven days a week and long hours make it convenient no matter what your schedule. There’s also plenty of free parking for cars, and covered parking for bikes.
Below is a list of Public Market vendors. We hope you’ll check ‘em out!
